Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 July 2026
These Terms govern your use of the UFOlee app and website ("Service"), operated by UFOlee ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Service you accept these Terms.
1. What it is
UFOlee is a Windows overlay that shows an AI interface, captures your screen on request, and can type text into other apps. You choose when and where to use it.
2. Accounts
Provide a valid email and keep your credentials safe. One account is for one person. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
UFOlee is built for personal productivity and privacy — keeping your own AI assistance and research off your shared screen while you work. By using it, you agree not to use it to:
- gain an unfair advantage in any exam, test, interview, certification, or online assessment, or otherwise engage in academic or hiring dishonesty;
- breach any rule, policy, honour code, employment agreement, or third-party platform terms that apply to you;
- commit fraud, impersonation, or any unlawful act.
You alone are responsible for ensuring your use is permitted in your context. We supply a general-purpose tool; how you use it, and any consequences, are your responsibility. We may suspend accounts we reasonably believe are being used in breach of this section.
4. Billing & 30-Day Passes
The free tier includes 3 free AI prompts. Pro is a 30-day pass purchased as a one-time payment of ₹2,499 through Razorpay. There is no automatic recurring billing or auto-debit. Payment details are handled securely by Razorpay; we do not store them. When your 30-day pass expires, your account reverts to free access until you choose to top up another pass. Only the price shown at checkout is charged; there are no hidden fees.
5. Third parties
The Service uses your own AI account (accessed by you), Razorpay for payments, and Supabase for accounts. Their terms and availability are outside our control.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. AI output may be wrong — verify anything important. We do not guarantee any particular behaviour against every current or future software or hardware.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes are posted here with a new date.
